Notice of Change of Company Name to “MWCC Inc.”– Expanding Business Domains and Solutions and Accelerating Global Expansion –

Microwave Chemical Co., Ltd.

MWCC Inc. (“MWCC”) hereby announces that, effective today, October 1, 2026, the company has changed its name from “Microwave Chemical Co., Ltd.” (Japanese: マイクロ波化学株式会社) to “MWCC Inc.” (Japanese: ＭＷＣＣ株式会社).

In MWCC’s microwave solutions business, demand is growing in response to increasing needs related to economic security and decarbonization, and the scope of application is expanding from the chemical sector to fields such as resources and mining. Building on  its strengths in technology development, business development, and engineering, MWCC is  expanding the range of solutions it offers. Furthermore, collaborations and transactions with overseas companies are increasing, and MWCC intends to further accelerate its global expansion.

The change of company name to “MWCC Inc.” reflects the Company’s commitment to expanding its business domains, broadening the value it delivers, and pursuing further growth in global markets. Going forward, MWCC will continue to build on the brand equity it has established  through its microwave technology, while expanding its business domains and pursuing sustainable growth.
