Laboratory

Our laboratory provides an integrated research environment covering everything from measuring microwave absorption characteristics and establishing reaction conditions to analyzing reaction products. Using a wide range of reaction equipment and analytical instruments, we evaluate the potential of our technology across diverse materials and operating conditions.

Design & Simulation

Based on insights gained in the laboratory, we design microwave reactors tailored to the intended application and processing conditions. By combining electromagnetic field, thermal fluid dynamics, and structural analyses, we visualize conditions inside the reactor and optimize equipment design for commercialization.

Pilot Facility

We operate multiple pilot facilities capable of large-scale reaction testing, together with microwave oscillators covering a wide range of frequencies and power outputs. Technologies established in the laboratory are validated at bench and pilot scale to confirm performance and reproducibility toward commercialization.
