Reaction System Design

Before equipment design begins, we identify the frequency and temperature best suited to the target material.

Reaction System Design I

– Reaction Conditions Suitable for Microwaves –

We measure how strongly each material absorbs microwaves using its complex dielectric constant and determine how that absorption changes with temperature and frequency. Based on the data, we design conditions that enable selective heating and explain how this approach can shorten reaction times and improve yields.

Reaction System Design II

– Laboratory Verification –

Based on the data obtained in Reaction System Design I, we design conditions that selectively heat catalysts, solvents, and other components, and explain how this approach can shorten reaction times and improve yields.

Reactor Design

After optimizing the reaction conditions, we move on to reactor design for commercialization.

Reactor Design I

– Simulation –

After optimizing the microwave reaction system, we design the reactor for commercial-scale implementation. By combining electromagnetic field analysis, thermal fluid dynamics analysis, and structural analysis, we reduce the number of prototypes and development costs while enabling safe and efficient reactor design.

Reactor Design II

– Bench and Pilot Validation –

Based on the conditions established through laboratory verification, we scale up step by step from bench scale to pilot scale and then to commercial equipment. We support safe and stable operation, including maintenance and inspections after installation.
