Microwave Reactor
We are equipped with 2.45GHz, 5.8GHz and 0.915GHz devices. We can also design and experiment various types of cavity.
Microwave Absorption Capacity Measuring Apparatus (Complex Dielectric Constant, Complex Magnetic Permeability)
The electrical characteristics of a sample are measured from the amplitude and phase information derived from inputting high frequency waves and microwaves to the sample. In case performing efficient and uniform microwave heating for industrial purposes, understanding the dielectric characteristic of an object is an important factor.
Electric Field Analysis
Electric field simulation for the reaction system inside the microwave reactor is performed using the dielectric loss coefficient of the reaction system obtained from the measurement. Obtaining information on the electromagnetic field, which is invisible to the eye, enables a better-optimized reactor design.
Analytical Apparatus
A reversed-phase high-speed liquid chromatography apparatus for performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of the sample within a solution. For the purpose of detection, a refractive index detector (RID), a UV spectroscopy detector (UVD), and an evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD) are equipped. These apparatuses are primarily used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of raw materials, reactants, and products.
